Intellectual Property Rights

Regarding work we create for you:

• Final deliverables become your property upon full payment
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Any pre-existing materials, templates, or methodologies remain our intellectual property
• You grant us permission to use any materials you provide solely for the purpose of completing your project

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment terms are established at the beginning of each project. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we offer refunds only when we fail to deliver services as agreed or when projects are cancelled before work has begun. Partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of project completion.

We cannot provide refunds for completed work that meets the original project specifications, even if you are not satisfied with the final results. This is why we encourage open communication throughout the project process.

Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services effectively, including contact details, project requirements, and payment information.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-payment, violation of these terms, or behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services already provided. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work in progress or provide partial deliverables where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Rizal Province.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
